Forum: conclusions on Town Planning and Mobility
Place: Casa de Cultura

In this first session after the summer the conclusions of the June meetings on Town Planning and Mobility will be agreed upon. Participants will also vote on who will represent the people on the Comisión 21 (next level up)


·    Monday 25th september
Forum: Prioritisation of viable proposals put forward for the local action plan.
Place: Casa de Cultura
Time: 20h
In this meeting participants will be briefed on the economic and
technical  feasibility of the most popular proposals previously put
forward by the general public. From this we will prioritise the the most
viable proposals.

Main new features introduced by the new Land Law

The New State Land Law came into effect on July 1st 2007. It was created with the idea of controlling corruption in town planning. For the first time land is considered as a common resource for all the people, and not just as a basis of as right to urbanise on the part of the owner. 4th Workgroup meeting on Concierto Previo - 29th March
