Forum: Workshop on “Arrangement of the land” (Land use distribution)

Place: Casa de Cultura

Time: 8.00pm

During this session the initial analysis of questions relating to the organsisation of the territory in Xàbia will take place, as well as sharing the proposals that arose from the Mesa workshops throughout last year. During this session people will work in groups and new proposals which may arise will be collated.

Monograph: Sustainable Development

Place: Casa de Cultura

Time: 7.30pm

In this monograph basic questions will be introduced on what is understood by the term: "environmentally sustainable human development" A joint consideration will determine the criteria which should be considered in the case of Xàbia.

Main new features introduced by the new Land Law

The New State Land Law came into effect on July 1st 2007. It was created with the idea of controlling corruption in town planning. Thursday 29th March 4th session of Workgroups on the "Concierto Previo" of the General Plan (PGOU) Place: Casa de Cultura Time 8.00 pm At this meeting there will be a debate with all the workgroups together on questions still pending from previous meetings about the Concierto Previo.
