Proposal for a new Logo for the Agenda 21 of Xàbia

The councillor for Citizen Participation and IMEDES have created new logo for the Agenda21 of Xàbia. This consists of the silhouette of a windmill of La Plana. The Logo has been sent to representatives of the Citizen's Round tables for approval. The Previous logo, a turtle crawling along the road, will be used for promotion campaigns of the Local A21 which IMEDES will make in various scholastic centres.


At the moment IMEDES, the company contracted to be in charge of the process of the A21 of Xàbia, is working on the conclusions reached to date by the different tables. On the 3rd of March, at 20h (if there is no change) these conclusions will be presented in a structured form.


Also on this date, workshops will be presented, to which those citizens who wish to participate more actively in the Local A21 will be able to go. From these workshops will come a group of citizens who will comprise part of the “Commission 21”. The Commission 21 will be composed of representatives of the round tables, municipal technicians and politicians from each of the municipal groups (parties).


In the Commission 21 the technicians will have to judge the viability of the proposals, and the politicians will have to demonstrate their commitment to Agenda21.
